Joe and Laura met on the popular dating app Hinge in April 2021. Things quickly got serious as the couple began planning their first trip together a few months later and attending important events for each other. A year later, they moved in together into the apartment they are happily living in to this day. During their time dating, they’ve spent their time traveling, attending concerts, playing weekly bar trivia, hosting parties with their friends, joining multiple recreational sport leagues, and forcing each other to watch their very different movie choices. In May of 2023, Joe proposed to Laura at Gas Works Park in Seattle in front of their friends and family. Since then, they have been excitedly preparing for their wedding.
